摘要
本文对刺针穿刺纤网所产生的纤维转移及针刺力的变化过程进行了研究和分析,提出了针刺非织造布三维骨架结构模型,初步揭示了针刺非织造布的形成机理,为实际生产及产品开发提供了有价值的理论指导。
The function of needle punching,fibre transfer and needling forces are investigated and analysed in this paper. A three dimension frame construction model of needle-punched nonwovens was proposed. Also, the mechanism offorming of needle-punched nonwovens was revealed. The theoretical analysis is useful for manufacture and productdevelopment in nonwovens industry.
