通过简述国内外ERW钢管的应用状况以及具体实例对比,分析了国内ERW钢管实物质量与国外产品的差距以及产生的原因。介绍了国外ERW钢管生产厂在工艺研究、焊缝位置的对中跟踪、对产品检验的重视程度、闭环监控系统保证产品质量的稳定以及计算机生产管理系统的运用等方面的先进经验和技术,对促进国内ERW钢管质量水平的进一步提高提供参考借鉴。
Through the contrast between national ERW pipe application and detail case with foreign country,the article analyzes the difference of national ERW pipe quality and oversea and its causes.Meanwhile it also introduces the advanced experience and technology of foreign country such as procedure,weld alignment trace,account degree to inspection,closed loop monitoring system adopted for quality stable and computer management system application for reference to increase the national ERW pipes performance.
