摘要
用GC-MS对红柳花石油醚提取物化学成分进行分析。采用冷浸法提取新疆野生红柳花化学成分,用GC-MS法对其化学成分进行鉴定。共分离出28个峰(占提取物的81.08%),确定了其中23种化合物,主要化学成分为二十九烷(31.62%),二十七烷(19.86%),9-十八碳炔酸(11.30%),十六碳酸(4.48%),二十八烷(3.47%),以上五种化合物占提取物的70.71%。
The extracts from the fresh flower of Tamarix chinensis L. was extracted bv cold - maceration and analyzed by capillary GC - MS method. By capillary, chromatography, more than 28 peaks were separated, and 24 compounds were identified, which accounted for 81.08% of the total content. The main chemical components of the extracts were Nonacosane(3 1. 62% ) , Heptacosane ( 19.86% ), 9 - Octadecvnoie acid ( 11.30% ), n - Hexadecanoie acid (4. 48% ) and Octacosane ( 3.47% ),
