本文介绍了澳大利亚社区卫生服务的概念和背景,并进行了中国与澳大利亚之间的概念比较。澳大利亚的社区卫生服务机构是政府支持项目,主要面对弱势人群,目的是改善卫生服务的公平性;中国的社区卫生服务更强调的是一种理念或模式,目的是降低服务成本,为社区全体居民提供便捷服务。
Discussion focused on conceptual and contextual differences about community health services in China and Australia. Community health services in Australia are government support projects, targeting on improving equity of health and healthcare at community level. Chinese community health services however emphasize the norm with a model of health services delivery, especially in urban areas. Efficiency and cost - containment could be major objectives of the services in China.
