摘要
在10名男性右利手的大学生中进行了汉字阅读过程中形、音、义分类匹配的事件相关电位(ERP)研究。结果发现,当启动词与靶词在形(或音,或义)不匹配时,受试者的ERP均出现一个较大的负相成分N400。在音义分类作业时,N400的潜伏期较长,波幅较大,左右两侧波幅不对称(右>左)的现象较为明显。而在字形分类作业时,N400潜伏期较短,波幅较低,左右两侧波幅无显著性差异。结果提示,字形的加工和音、义的加工可能具有不同的脑机制。
Event-related potential(ERP) in the shape-phoneme-meaning classification of the Chinese Characters was studied in 10 right-handed male college students. The result showed that under certain tasks,when the priming word was mismatched with the target one either in shape, phoneme or meaning,an obvious negative going component N400 appeared on ERPs. Under phoneme and meaning classification tasks ,the latency of N400 was lonser,the amplitude was higher,and the asymmetry of the right and the left amplitude(right>left) was more obvious than those under the shape classification task. It was suggested that there might be a different cerebral mechanism in the process of the shape-phoneme-meaning of words and the latency and amplitude of N400 might be related to the degree of word processing.
