摘要
信息咨询业与知识有着密切的关系,最近几年知识管理成为咨询业研究的一个热点问题,本文着重对信息咨询机构知识管理建构和知识管理咨询服务进行研究,并结合国外的经验,为我国咨询机构的知识管理实施提出建议。
Information consulting industry has a close relationship with knowledge, and it has been one of research issues in consulting industry. Tiffs paper stresses on knowledge management construction of consulting organizations and knowledge services for its clients. Finally, considering knowledge management development in foreign countries, it proposes some advices for our domestic consulting industry.
