摘要
应用大型ANSYS有限元分析系统软件,建立了橡胶密封圈超弹性接触问题的有限元分析模型,对12150柴油机O形橡胶密封圈进行了有限元分析。根据计算结果并针对目前国内柴油机的泄漏情况,提出了采用大槽宽、大截面橡胶圈密封结构的观点。
By using ANSYS engineering analysis system, the finite eiement analysis model for hyperelastic contact on rubber sealing rings is set up in this paper. The finite element analysis of the rubber O-rings is carried out for model 12150 diesel engine. In accordance with the oil leakage problem in currently domestic diesel engines, a rubber sealing ring structure with a wide trough and a large cross-section is developed based on the calculating results.
