腹水培养的细菌学和耐药性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 了解湖北地区细菌性腹膜炎的细菌分布和耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法 对湖北省15所三甲医院2000—2004年的腹水培养的阳性数据进行分析。结果 428份腹水标本中,革兰氏阴性菌占52.3%,革兰氏阳性菌占47.7%;主要细菌分别为大肠埃希氏菌、粪肠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和肺炎克雷伯菌。阿米卡星、糖肽类、部分头孢三代、头孢四代以及碳青霉烯类抗生素的敏感率较高。结论 经验用药以头孢他定或含酶抑制剂的B内酰胺类抗生素为佳,其余抗生素要根据药敏报告选用。
