小学生体育活动的安全问题与风险防范理论研究

Theory Research of Safety and Risk Prevention in Primary Sports

通过分析小学生体育活动存在的安全问题,旨在建立小学生体育活动风险防范理论体系。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对国内外关于小学生体育活动安全问题的研究成果进行综述的基础上,给出小学生体育活动安全、安全系统的含义,并探讨了小学生体育活动事故系统“人-机-环境系统”的组成及结构。借鉴风险管理技术,对小学生体育活动的风险进行识别、评估,提出风险回避、风险转移、风险降低和风险自留的风险防范理论体系。

Through analyzing the safety problem in primary sports, the purpose of this study is to put forward system of risk prevention. Based on the methods of document and logical analysis, the paper summarizes the research achievement of the safety problem in school sports in domes tics and overseas. The results indicate the eoncept of safety and composition of safety system in primary sports. From risk management techniques, the paper recommend the theory system of relain the risks,transfer the risks,reduce the risk and avoid the risk by identification and assessment risk of primary sports.
