摘要
分别采用铝厂污泥和粘土作为主要原料研制莫来石刚玉复相材料,探讨烧结温度对形成的莫来石、刚玉晶相结构及含量的影响。采用XRD和SEM表征各试样的晶相组成和显微结构,并采用RietveldQuantification软件分析计算各晶相的含量,XRD结果分析表明:烧结温度对各晶相含量和晶胞参数有显著的影响,当烧结温度为1480℃时,试样中莫来石与刚玉相的比例为73.3∶26.7,接近75∶25,因此被选择为最佳烧结温度。但烧结温度对各试样的晶胞参数没有影响,莫来石仍保持正交晶系。
Waste aluminum sludge and clay were used to prepare mullite-corundum composites in this research. The influence of different sintering temperature on the crystalline phases were discussed. XRD and SEM techniques were used to characterize the crystalline phases. Rietveld Quantification software was used to calculate the amount of each phase. The results show that sintering temperatures have much influence on crystalline phase and cell parameters, but have no influence on the symmetry of mullite, the best sintering temperature was 1480~C, at this temperature, the ratio of mullite to corundum was 73.3:26.7, it is near the theorical ratio75:25.
