对国内外的桥梁抗震规范进行比较,通过对抗震桥梁使用功能分类、抗震桥梁重要性等因素进行分析,从桥梁结构抗震设防的合理安全度的原则(经济性与安全性合理平衡的原则)出发,提出了公路桥梁抗震设防标准(抗震设计类别),该标准为公路桥梁的抗震设计提供了较合理的设防依据,对公路桥梁抗震设计规范的修订有重要的指导意义。
