摘要
根据南京地铁一号线玄武门站~南京站站区间隧道EPB盾构掘进参数以及地表累计沉降等反馈信息,重点对盾构穿越不同地质条件时如何合理设置土仓压力进行了研究。利用ANSYS建立了三维有限元模型,对盾构掘进过程进行了模拟,对土仓压力高低与地表隆沉之间的关系作了定性分析,依据土仓压力偏高或偏低对工程的实际影响和危害,提出了在富水软土地层土仓压力设置的原则;对EPB盾构在不同地层条件下的土仓压力和地表监测资料作了分析,得到了在南京粘性土和砂性土中土仓压力设置的经验公式和相应参数的取值,其结果可供今后类似工程参考。
Based on the EPB Shield construction of tunnel section between Xuanwumen Metro station and Nanjing Metro station, the appropriate support pressure is studied. By means of ANSYS , the effect of support pressure of working chamber on the ground surface settlement is analyzed. The principle of the setup of support pressure in work chamber is proposed based on the practical construction experience and engineering consequence, in conjunction with the analysis results; furthermore, the practical support pressure and the measured ground settlement are discussed, a practical method to calculate the support pressure for clay and sandy ground is presented. The conclusions are supplied as reference for similar engineering.
