摘要 为了研究反射镜部件中胶对系统的影响,分析了胶的有限元建模方法,即详细模型和有效模型。采用详细模型对系统进行了模态分析和均匀温升热弹性分析。通过无热化方法确定了胶的厚度,分析了不同面积的均匀圆形胶点和方形胶点对系统性能的影响。为了模拟实际情况中的不均匀点胶,对同一模型中不同直径的胶点进行了分析。分析结果表明:圆形胶点对反射镜的面形影响要比方形胶点小得多;胶点的不均匀性会造成反射镜的面形变化。 The metheds of establishing adhesive finite element model-detailed medel and effective model are elaborated in order to research the effect of systems with adhesive. The mede and uniform soaking thermal-elasticity are analyzed through the detailed model. The thickness of adhesive is decided by the athermal method. The different diameter uniform circle adhesive dots and the uniform square adhesive pads with different length are analyzed. The adhesive dots of the different diameter within the same medel are analyzed in order to simulate nonuniform adhesive dots in practical situation. The analysis result shows that the influence of square adhesive dots is much stronger than that of circle adhesive dots, and the nonuniform distribution of the adhesive dots will cause the unnecessary surface figure changes of the mirror.
