介绍了在Pro/E环境下,实现渐开线齿轮精确造型的方法和步骤,提出了从原理出发,利用方程建立渐开线,从而保证了渐开线齿轮齿形的准确性。此系统能够快速地实现齿轮的参数化造型设计和修改定型,同时也解决了渐开线齿轮精确造型的难题。
Introduces the methodologies and steps of exact modeling for the involute gear in environment of ProE. Based on the principle , using equation upbuild the involute, can ensure consequently that the involute dentiform will be veracity. The design of parameter sculpt and modifying the design was realized fleetly, and the problem of accurate sculpt for involute gear was solved.
