脑出血后脑水肿是脑出血患者病情恶化和死亡的主要原因。近年来,针对出血后不同时期脑水肿形成的机制及相应的治疗对策进行了一些研究,并取得了一些新进展。

The brain edema after intracerebral hemorrhage （ICH） is the major cause of the deterioration and death in patients with ICH. The formation mechanism and corresponding therapeutic strategy of brain edema in different periods after ICH have been studied in recent years, and some progresses have been achieved in this field.
