摘要
对酵母β-1,3-葡聚糖的提取工艺和衍生化方法的研究动态进行了综述,并对各种方法的优越性进行了比较,简述了β-1,3-葡聚糖在食品、化妆品、医学、动物养殖及饲料工业中的用途,提出了β-1,3-葡聚糖研究发展的方向。
The preparation of β-1,3-glucan from saccharomyces cerevisiae and its derivation methods were review in this paper. All the methods were compared. Besides, the usage of β-1,3-glucan in the field of food, cosmetics, medicine, animal breeding, and feedstuffindustry were introduced and its research direction and development trend were put forward.
