摘要
明确水资源承载能力具有时空、可持续、社会经济和生态4个方面的内涵,指出水资源承载能力具有自然和社会双重属性,涉及水资源系统、社会经济系统和生态环境系统之间的复杂相互作用关系,建立了考虑社会经济发展、生态环境保护和水资源合理利用的水资源承载能力的多目标分析评价模型;利用所建立的模型,分析评价了江苏省张家港市的水资源承载能力,包括现状水资源承载能力评价和未来2010年水资源承载能力预测,给出了合理的评价结果。
Based on the spatial-emporal, sustainable, social and economic, and ecological characters of water resources carrying capacity, it is pointed out that water resources carrying capacity has both natural and social attributes, involving the interactive contacts with water resources system, social economic system, and ecological environment system, Taking the social and economic development, the protection of ecological environment, and rational utilization of water resources into consideration, a multi-objective analysis and evaluation model is established and applied to the analysis and evaluation of water resources carrying capacity of Zhangjiagang City, including the present capacity evaluation and that of 2010. Rational evaluation results are provided.
