摘要
研究了豆粕中大豆异黄酮的醇提工艺,并通过正交试验对工艺进行了优化。结果表明,大豆异黄酮醇提工艺的最佳条件为:用原料14倍质量的70%乙醇在70℃提取1 h。在此条件下,大豆苷元的提取量为13.75μg/g,染料木素的提取量为19.24μg/g。
The technology of extracting soybean isoflavones from soybean residue by ethanol is studied, and optimized by orthogonal experiments. The best condition is found that the amount of ethanol used at a concentration of 70% is 14 times as much as the materials by weight and the operation is under 70 ℃ for one hour.
