复方亚甲蓝长效止痛剂用于肛肠病术后镇痛疗效观察

Efficacy of Long acting Methylene Blue Compound on Analgesia after Anorectal Diseases Operation

为了更好地解决肛肠病手术后镇痛问题，采用复方弧甲蓝长放止痛剂长强穴及局部注射治疗肛肠病术后疼痛126例。术后第1天Ⅲ级疼痛1例（0．8％），术后第7天已无Ⅲ级疼痛，术后止痛效果明显。且未见明显不良反应。亚甲蓝浓度不应超过0．33％，一次局部用量不超过30mg。

Postoperative analgesia of anoreetal diseases was investigated in the study. One hundred and twenty six patients who had undergone anorectal operations received long-actlng methylene blue compound was injected at Changqiang acupoint and injected locally for analgesia. As results, there was only one case whose pain reached Ⅲ grade on the first day after surgical operation,and there was no eases with grade Ⅲ pain on the 7th day. Generally,the analgesic efficacy was better and there was no notable adverse reaction. It is suggested that the concentration of methylene blue should not be more than 0.33%,and that the dosage of local injection should not be more than 30mg.
