Production Technology and Quality Control Method of Improved Asphalt SMA Admixture

SMA是我国近年来引进的一种新型路面结构,它与普通沥青混凝土路面相比,具有更完善的路用性能。SMA混合料生产质量是保证SMA路面施工质量的基础。该文结合高速公路路面工程的施工实践,对改性沥青SMA混合料的特点、生产工艺、质量控制、技术要求及施工措施等进行了阐述,并提出了相关的技术改进建议。

SMA is a new pavement structure introduced into China in recent years. Compared with the common asphalt concrete pavement, it has the more perfecting performances used for the roads. The production quality of SMA admixture is the basis to guarantee the construction quality of SMA pavement. Combined with the construction practice of the expressway pavement works, the article sets forth the characteristics, production technology, quality control, technical requirements and construction measures of the improved asphalt SMA admixture, and puts forward the relative technical improving suggestion.
