It is dicussed in the paper that, in higher vocational education, the construction and reform of Business English program mainly include the improvement of teaching program, course design, teaching methodology and the reconstruction of practical teaching system. The building of faculty, the improvement of educational facilities, and the establishment of the school-enterprise cooperation are substantial guarantee for achieving the educational targets.
