摘要 本文着重介绍了视频采集技术的实施,及以PC机为硬件环境的视频采集卡的主要功能和技术指标。视频采集技术的实施保证了PACS系统的完整性,便于所有医学影像信息能够共享,提高了放射科的工作效率,避免了大量的医疗设备的资源浪费。 This article emphatically introduced the video capture technology implementation and the main function and the technical specification taking PC machine as hardware environment video capture card . The video capture technology implementation guaranteed the PACS system integrity, and avoided the massive medical equipment resources wasted in order to share the all medicine video information and enhance radiology's working efficiency.
