瓦氏黄颡鱼仔稚鱼生长与发育的研究

Growth and development of larval and juvenile darkbarbel catfish(Pelteobagrus vachelli)

在流水水族箱中（水温22．5—28．5℃）对瓦氏黄颡鱼Pelteobagrus vaehelli仔稚鱼的生长进行了研究，并对其发育进行了描述。结果表明：该鱼的发育分为前期仔鱼、后期仔鱼和稚鱼3个时期，分别历时4、6和22d；仔鱼期其头部和体高的发育较体长快；各鳍的发育顺序为胸鳍、尾鳍、背鳍、臀鳍和腹鳍，发育完全历时10d；仔稚鱼体长和体重的生长趋势基本相同，仔鱼期生长速度较快，稚鱼期趋缓。用不同生长方程对瓦氏黄颡鱼仔稚鱼体长与体重的关系进行拟合，以抛物线方程拟台效果为最佳，即WL=0．7572L2—6．8860L＋5．1877。

The growth and development of larval and juvenile darkbarbel catfish （Pelteobagrus vachelli） were described in aquaria supplied with flowing water at a water temperature of 22.5 - 28.5℃. The results showed that development of the catfish was divided into three phases, i.e. pre - larva, post - larva and juvenile, which lasted 4, 6 and 22 days, respectively. The more rapid increases were observed in head length and body height than in body length in the larval stage with the same body length and weight growth. But there was a significant greater growth in the larvae than in the juveniles. The pectoral fins, tail fin, dorsal fins, anal fin and pelvic fins were fully developed in 10 -day larvae. Different growth equations were fitted to characterize the relationship between body length and body weight as a parabola equation ： W = 0. 7572L2 - 6. 8860L ＋ 5. 1877.
