摘要
介绍了微乳液的概念、制备、形成理论及助表面活性剂在微乳液中的作用。综述了微乳液自从被发现以来,由于其特殊的物理化学性质,即超低的界面张力、大的界面面积、热力学稳定性和增溶能力而得到广泛应用,并在基础研究和工业领域方面也取得了越来越多有意义的成果。
This paper introduces the conception, preparation and the theory of formation of microemulsion, especially, referred to the effect of cosurfactant in microemulsion. Due to their unique physical and chemical properties, namely, ultralow interfacial tension, large interfacial area, thermodynamic stability and the ability to solubilization, applications of microemulsions have been numerous. They have attained increasing significance productions both in basic research and in industry since the discovery of microemulsions.
