摘要
叠层实体制造技术是利用计算机接收和存储工件的三维模型,沿高度方向提取一系列的横截面轮廓线,根据每个层片的轮廓信息,输入加工参数,再由快速成型机把层片自动连接起来,得到三维原型。本文针对叠层实体制造工艺中的成型前处理、叠加成型过程、后处理三方面因素,分析了叠层实体原型件在制造过程中所产生的误差因素,从而提出了修正叠层实体件误差的改进措施,进一步提高了制件的精度。
Laminated object manufacturing technique is to use a computer for receiving and saving 3D model of the components, withdraw a series of outline lines of horizontal cross section along the height direction, input the process parameters accorcling to the outline information of each layer, and obtain a 3D model by linking the layer automatically using rapid prototyping. The error of prototype for laminated object manufacturingwas analyzed from three factors during the manufacturing: processing before modeling, Laminated modeling process and processing after modeling, the modified measures for correcting error of laminated object are proposed and thus further increases the accuracy of laminated object.
