摘要
报道了以 NO为起始原料 ,与乙醇气相合成亚硝酸乙酯 ,进而与 CO气相催化偶联合成草酸二乙酯的新工艺。该工艺与传统合成草酸二乙酯工艺比较 ,具有原料来源广、便宜 ,反应条件温和 ,选择性高 ,过程无污染等优点 ,具有广阔的工业前景。
This paper reported a new process for synthesis of diethyloxalate. At first ethyl nitrite was synthesized from nitrogen monoxide and ethyl alcohol in vapor phase, then diethyl oxalate was synthesized from ethyl nitrite and carbon monoxide in vapor phase by catalyst. This process has many advantages over the traditional process, such as, rich and cheap raw maerrial, mild reaction condition, high selectivity and no pollution in the process. It opens up broad prospects for commercialization.
