摘要
煤矿安全投资决策问题是煤矿安全管理的重要内容。本文从煤矿系统的本质安全角度,构建安全投资要素体系,并且利用模糊综合评判方法,确定各安全投资要素的优先权值。论文研究对当前我国煤矿安全投资决策,具有很高的理论和实践指导意义。
making decisions on coalmine safety investment is an important part in coalmine safety management. This thesis, from the angle of the essence safety of coalmine system, tries to establish the system of coalmine safety investment essentials and uses the vague comprehensive evaluation to determine the priority value of each essential. The research done in this thesis has a great theoretical and practical significance towards the decision-making on coalmine safety investment.
