某煤矿员工职业卫生认知与需求调查

Survey on knowledge and needs to occupational health among workers in a certain coal mine

目的调查煤矿企业员工对职业卫生的认知和需求。方法以调查问卷的方式对1444名煤矿企业员工就职业卫生相关问题进行调查。结果40·95%人知晓职业病防治法,仅4·22%人认为接触职业病危害因素者要做上岗前体检,84·98%人认为定期体检是必要的,27·06%人知晓健康促进的内涵,444人提出了774个关于职业健康的问题和建议,问题主要集中在工作环境的治理。结论煤矿企业员工职业卫生知识普及、宣传、培训不够。煤矿企业应增加对员工的职业卫生知识培训。

Objective To investigate the knowledge on and the needs for occupational health among the coal mine staff. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1 444 coal-mine workers and staff to find the problems relevant to occupational health. Results 40.95% of them knew about the law on prevention and treatment for occupational diseases. But only 4.22% of them thought it was necessary to have a physical examination for the people who would contact with harmful factors in their new jobs. 84. 98% of them regarded necessary regular physical examination, while 27.06% knew the meaning of health- promotion. 444 persons raised 774 questions and suggestions on occupational health, especially about the management of working environment. Conclusion The popularization, propaganda and training of the knowledge about occupational health are not enough among coal-mine workers. Occupational health training in the staff should be strengthened.
