文章通过对ML35CrMo、ML42CrMo和ML40Cr冷镦钢盘条的控冷工艺进行研究,对工艺进行了优化,得到了预期的金相组织和晶粒度,良好的力学和冷镦性能,用户使用后反映良好。

This paper researched the cooling- controlled process of ML35CrMo, MLAOCr and MLA2CrMo cold heading wire, optimized the process and gained the prospected microstructure and grain fineness. Its mechanical and cold heading properties are good. It achieved good results in consumer application.
