摘要
目的:为海绵窦(CS)手术提供解剖学资料。方法:对15例(30侧)成人头部标本CS的常用三角进行解剖观察和测量。结果:海绵窦周围可分出三群11个解剖三角:蝶鞍旁群(颈动脉三角、动眼三角、前内侧三角、旁内侧三角、Parkinson三角)、颅中窝群(前外侧三角、外侧三角、后外三角、后内三角)和斜坡旁群(下内侧三角、下外侧三角)。结论:依据解剖标志可以明确定位CS的三角,三角的大小及位置与手术可利用的间隙及可显露的内容有关。CS手术可依据需要选择合适的三角来进入。
Objective: To provide anatomic basis for the operation of cavernous sinus(CS). Methods: The triangles around CS were dissected and measured on 32 sides from 16 cadaveric heads. Results: The 11 triangles around the cavernous sinus could be grouped into three subregions: The parasellar group included carotid triangle, oculomotor triangle, anteromedial triangle, paramedial triangle and superolateral triangle, the middle cranial fossa group included anterolateral triangle, lateral triangle, Glasscock triangle and Kawase triangle and the paraclival group included inferomedial triangle and inferolateral triangle. Conclusion: According to the anatomic landmark can identify out the triangle around CS, the size and position of the triangle have close relation with the operative space and the exposed content of operation, so can base on the requirement of operation to choose the most suitable triangle to enter CS.
