Nd:YAG激光泪道成形术治疗泪道阻塞的疗效观察

The therapeutic effects of Nd:YAG laser plastic operation in lacrimal duct obstruction

目的总结探讨Nd:YAG激光泪道成形术治疗泪道阻塞的疗效。方法应用国产Nd:YAG激光治疗机对72例(92只[)由各种原因造成的泪道阻塞进行激光治疗,留置泪道插管,术后定期冲洗泪道。结果随访10～18个月,治愈74只[,好转7只[,总有效率88%。无效11只[,占12%。结论用YAG激光治疗泪道阻塞操作简便、对组织损伤小、不留瘢痕。其对无炎症的泪道阻塞治疗效果好于慢性泪囊炎及其他原因引起的泪道阻塞。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Nd： YAG laser plastic operation for patients with lacrimal duct obstruction（LDO）. Methods 72 cases （92 eyes） with LDO were treated by means of Nd： YAG laser, and supporting canal was left in the lacrimal duct. Irrigating lacrimal duct regularly was needed. Results After followed up 10~18 months, epiphora of 74 eyes was disappear, the symptom of 7 eyes was alleviated, and the total efficiency is 88%. The symptom of 11 eyes （about 12%） hasn＇t been changed. Conclusions The therapeutic effects of Nd： YAG laser plastic operation are better to non-inflammation LDO than to other kinds of causations for LDO including chronic inflammation and trauma. Nd： YAG laser plastic operation is a recommended operation with less tissue hurt, no scar by simply operation.
