摘要
由于辽宁的特殊地理位置,形成了复杂多样的生境,经过多年的生态环境保护,辽宁的鸟种类和数量都有了大幅度增长。通过深入调查,采用最新的鸟类分类系统,统计表明,全省有鸟类418种,其中水鸟162种。按居留型分类,有旅鸟207种,夏候鸟115种,冬候鸟35种,此三类占鸟类种数的85%,充分体现了辽宁是中国乃至世界上重要的鸟类迁徙通道。
