摘要
学科建设是高等院校存在和发展的基础,高等院校具有培养人才、发展科学和服务社会的职能,这些都是通过具体的学科实现。可以说,学科是承载大学职能的平台,也是构成大学核心竞争力的基础。一个学科的崛起,既要有历史的积淀,更要有人才的支撑。高校学报在促进学科建设方面,具有独特的优势。高校学报不但能够连续地发表较高水平的研究成果,形成相关学科的学术积累,而且在发表学术论文的过程中,编辑可以发现和培养学术人才,为高等院校学科建设培养人才队伍。
The discipline construction is the institutions of higher learning existence and the development foundation, the institutions of higher learning have foster the talent, the development science and the service society＇s function, these all are through the concrete discipline realization, it can be said that, the discipline is the load bearing university function platform, also constitutes the university core competitive power foundation.
