摘要
结合使用Un igraph ics NX2和ADAMS,建立了某气动连杆机构的三维几何造型和多体动力学模型,它们之间的集成构成了一个完整的气动连杆机构虚拟样机。在此基础上分析了连杆机构关键部件的运动特征和受力情况。研究结果表明,采用虚拟样机技术,能有效地提高产品的设计质量和效率,可为产品的设计和优化提供可靠的理论依据。
New product under development was modeled with Unigraphics NX2 and analyzed with ADAMS. Performance of kinematics and dynamic characteristics of key components were simulated. A new method to control the pitching angle and pitching velocity of the launching body was given.
