摘要
装配序列可行性评价是CAAPP的重要环节,对后续操作起着决定性的影响。采用简单实用的连接因子、操作因子、布局因子和稳定性因子,实现了装配序列的技术可行性评价;针对几何可行性评价的实际需要,提出并实现了基于树—图转换的序列几何可行性评价方法,并开发了相应的功能模块。
The evaluation of the feasibility assembly sequence is the crucial part of CAAPP, which has critical efforts on the successive operations. On the one hand, we fix the simple but practical evaluation indexes: joining index, operation index, arrangement index and stability index for the realization of technology feasibility evaluation. On the other hand, studying and realizing the method of geometry feasibility for assembly sequence based on the transform from assembly tree to directional graph, according to evaluation demands.
