摘要
细胞质雄性不育是一种母性遗传性状,是杂种优势广泛利用的基础。大量研究结果表明:线粒体基因组是细胞质育性因子的载体,其突变和重组与CMS有直接关系。本文从植物线粒体基因组结构特点、遗传差异、类质粒、嵌合基因、RNA编辑和核质互作等方面概述了植物线粒体遗传物质与CMS关系的研究进展。
Cytoplasmic Male-sterility is a trait of maternity heredity, which is the basis of wide utilization of heterosis. According to many research reports, mitochondrial genome of which mutation and recombination have a direct relation with CMS is the carrier of fertility related gene.Research progress of the relation between mitochondrial genetic material and CMS in plants is introduced in regarding to plant mitochondrial genome structure character, genetic diversity, plasmid-like, chimeric gene, RNA editing and nucleo-cytoplasmic interaction.
