运动疗法及中频电疗法联合治疗急性颈肌筋膜炎32例临床分析

Clinical analysis of movement therapy and medium frequency electrotherapy on 32 cases of acute fasciitis at neck

[背景]观察运动疗法及中频电疗法联合治疗急性颈肌筋膜炎的疗效.[病例报告]采用本体感觉神经肌肉促进法(PNF)中保持-放松技术和中频电疗法治疗急性颈肌筋膜炎32例,其中痊愈29例,好转3例.[讨论]运动疗法及中频电疗法联合治疗急性颈肌筋膜炎具有疗效显著及操作简便等特点.

BACKGROUND To observe the therapeutic effects of movement therapy and medium frequency electrotherapy on acute fasciitis at neck. CASE REPORTS Technique of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation （PNF） and medium frequency electrotherapy were carried out on 32 cases of the acute faseiitis at neck. As results 29 cases were cured and 3 cases were effective. DISCUSSION Hold-relax technique of PNF and medium frequency electrotherapy have a satisfactory therapeutic effects in the treatment of acute faseiitis at neck, and it is easy to administer.
