摘要
企业效绩评价是一个受到国内外广泛关注的研究课题。本文对建立我国新型效绩评价系统进行了有益的探索,提出了建立面向对象的企业效绩评价系统的观点。该系统基于效绩评价的两个基本功能和效绩测度的三个维度,从企业利益相关者角度出发,重新分析了企业效绩评价应包括的基本内容,设计了相应的动态评价指标体系和指标权重,保证了评价系统的广泛适用性和科学性。
Enterprise's performance assessment is the foundation of performance management. It has been developed for hundreds of years and its research contents have been changed very greatly, This paper has designed a new object-oriented performance evaluation system which based on the summary of our country old evaluation system and the stakeholders theory, This research establishes a set of dynamic index system, which can guarantee the new evaluation system be suitable for many different enterprises.
