摘要
超高相对分子质量聚乙烯是一种性能优异的工程塑料,具有良好市场应用前景。采用淤浆聚合工艺,利用负载型CT催化剂制得超高相对分子质量聚乙烯。重点研究了温度、压力等聚合工艺条件对乙烯聚合和产品性能的影响。
Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene is an engineering plastics with excellent performance and good market application prospect. It is prepared with slurry ploymerization process and supported CT catalyst. This paper mainly studies the effects of polymerization conditions, such as temperature and pressure on ethylene polymerization and product performances.
