摘要
某高精度恒温实验室的恒温精度为27±0.2℃,由于实验室的特殊性,并不要求房间温度严格均匀分布,但是对温度的稳定性要求很高。而恒温室内外扰量多有渗透风、设备散热量波动等,导致了其恒温稳定性很难达到预期效果。为了解决这个问题,本文采用CFD数值模拟的方法,分析恒温室不同气流组织下温度场和速度场均匀性,研究了恒温室和外围空调房间在不同气流组织下,不同扰量作用时温度动态响应特性。通过模拟分析得出了恒温室分别在以内扰或外扰为主、内外扰同时作用的情况下,受扰量影响最小的恒温室和外围空调房间最优的气流组织形式。
Constant temperature precision of a constant temperature laboratory is 27 ± 0.2℃, however, because of the special requests of the laboratory, the homogeneous distribution of the room temperature is not needed, while the stability of room temperature is important. However, disturbances from inside and outside of the constant temperature room, such as infiltration air, the equipment radiation fluctuation will affect the temperature stability. As a result, it is difficult to achieve the anticipated effect, In order to solve this problem, the CFD simulation method was applied to analyze the temperature and velocity fields, and then the temperature dynamic response characteristics of the different air distribution of constant temperature room and outside air conditioning room with disturbance function were studied. Based on the simulation results, the optimal air distributions of constant temperature room and outside air conditioning room were achieved to ensure room temperature stability with inside or outside disturbances respectively or simultaneously.
