摘要
中医历来重视饮食对人体的重要作用,饮食不仅是人体水谷精微的来源,同时又是一种常见的致病因素。饮食合理与否直接关系着人体健康和疾病预后。就食养、食复的概念、理论基础、《内经》对饮食的五味与人体的生理、病理关系及其临床应用情况作一论述。
An attention has been paid all along to the important role of dietary treatment on human body. Food is not only the source of the essence of water and grain but also a usual pathogenic factor. Rational food directly influences the health of human body and the prognosis of disease. This article will mainly discuss the concept and the theoretic basis of the dietary therapy and the relapse due to improper feeding, the relationship between the five kinds of flavor of food and human physiology and pathology and their clinical application described in Internal Carton of Medicine.
