摘要
持续动态的沟通是达到绩效管理真正目的的必要条件,因此,企业只有通过有效地沟通才能达到提高绩效、实现部门或企业目标、促使企业员工发展的目的。运用PDCA循环系统,构建了绩效管理沟通PDCA循环模型,指出绩效反馈沟通、绩效计划沟通、绩效评估沟通和绩效辅导沟通四个环节的不断循环能在绩效管理系统的全过程实现有效沟通。
The effective performance management is largely decided by the consistent dynamic communication, by which enterprise can achieve the objectives of performance improvement , attaining to corprate strateyy, promoting staff career orientation. Based on PDCA cycle, the paper presents a model of PDCA for performance management that involves the cycled interaction of responsive communication, planning communication, assessing communieatton and assisting communication.
