在环形油路实验装置上.在45℃下测定了加入流动改进剂DODE-3的大庆采油一厂含水原油依次流经φ62×900(mm)筛管、φ55(mm)抽油机采筒凡尔、φ30(mm)柱塞凡尔时的压力降。DODE-3为大庆油田用于含水油开采和集输的防蜡降黏剂,为溶液型表面活性剂体系。最初的测试表明含水油在筛管中的流动阻力很小。在流量4n13/h时.随含水率上升(30%-90%).含水油流经泵筒凡尔和柱塞凡尔时的压力降急速上升,含水30%-40%时有~14kPa的峰值。此后快速下降。加入150mg/LDODE-3使压力降峰接近消失,加入200mg/LDODE-3时完全消失。合水原油流经泵筒和柱塞凡尔时的压力降~流量关系曲线相似.含水率为40%、50%、70%、90%的未加剂含水油的曲线都很陡,加剂含水油的曲线斜率随加剂量增大(150,200,250mg/L)或含水率增大而变小,加剂量200和250mg/L的曲线基本重合。由以上测试结果得出结论:该流动改进剂可使W/O原油乳状液在较低含水率时转变为稳定性适度的O/W拟乳状液,使含水原油流动阻力大幅降低,其最佳加量为200mg/L。除乳状液转相外,表面活性剂在管壁面形成亲水膜也是其减阻机理。图11参5。
On a loop conduit experimental installation, the pressure drop of watercut crude oll (WCCO) of Daqing 1st oil production factory with flow improver (FI) DODE added flown through a perforated tube 62 mm in diameter and 900 mm long, a pumping unit tube valve (TV) 55 mm in diameter, and a pumping unit pillar fill valve (PFV) 30 mm in diameter succesively is measured at 45℃. FI DODE is a waxing inhibitor/viscosity reducer for watercut oils used in oil recovery and gathering, being a surfactant in emulsion. The first measurements show very low flow resistance of the WCCO in the perforated tube. The pressure drop of WCCO flown through TV and PFV at flow rate 4 m^3/h increases significantly with increasing water cut (30%-90%), reaches a peak at water cut 30%-40% and then decreases speedly; introducing FI at dosage 150 mg/L leads to diminishing of the peak and at dosage 200 mg/L-its disappearing completely. The curves of pressure drop vz flow rate are similar for the WCCO flown through TV and PFV: the all curves of untreated WCCO of water cut 40%, 50%, 70%, and 90% are steep; the slop of the curves of FI treated WCCO decreases with increasing FI dee, age (150,200, and 250 mg/L) or water cut; the curves for dosage 200 and 250 mg/L are superposed practically. It is concluded from these measurements that: with this FI added the W/O crude oil emulsions of lower water cut can be converted to O/W pseudo emulsions of medium stability and by this the flow resistance of the WCCO can be decreased dramatically; the optimal dosage of the FI is of 200 mg/L. The hydrophilic water film formation on pipe surfaces with the help of surfactant is another drug reducing mechanism besides of emulsion phase conversion.
