摘要
随着中国城市化进程的推进和加快,城市发展模式和道路成为人们关注的焦点。针对我国经济体制转型的特定国情,城市发展的动力模式也呈现出与之相适应的态势。因此,研究经济转型期中国城市发展的动力模型对于当前城市发展具有重要的现实意义。本文借鉴了系统论和结构耗散论,构建了经济转型期中国城市发展的动力模型,该模型由四个系统组成:市场化为基础的源动力系统;政府推动的外生动力系统;资源要素的能量系统;城市内空间外区位系统。进而运用该模型对珠三角、长三角城市发展模式进行了初步的分析。
With the development of urbanization in China, the models of urban development have been the focus. The dynamic model of urban development is adapting to the changes of economic transformation. Therefore, studying the dynamic model is very important. This paper constructs the dynamic model in China in economic transformation according to the dissipation structure theory. The model consists of four systems: primary system based on marketization; exogenous system pushed by government; energy system formed by resources; interborough system. Then, the model is used to analyze urban development in Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta.
