摘要
以天然生石膏为原料,氯化镁为晶型助长剂,研究了用水热合成法制备硫酸钙晶须的工艺影响因素.详细考察了料浆浓度、反应温度、反应时间、晶型助长剂种类及用量等对硫酸钙晶须形态的影响,用扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线衍射分析了硫酸钙晶须的形貌和相组成,并对晶须生长机理做了分析讨论.
Calcium sulfate whisker (CSW) was synthesized by means of the hydrothermal synthesis method using natural gesso as raw material and MgCl2 · 6H2O as growth promoter, respectively. The influence of slurry concentration (SC), reaction temperature (RTP), reaction time (RT), the kind and amount of growth promoter (GP) on the whisker morphology has been investigated by SEM and XRD technology respectively. Moreover, the growth mechanism of calcium sulfate whisker was also discussed.
