A Review of Recent Researches on Education of the Chinese National Spirit

近年来,党和政府高度重视中华民族精神的弘扬和培育,社会各界就中华民族精神教育问题展开了研究和探讨。本文结合近年来学术界关于中华民族精神教育研究的实际状况,对研究中所涉及的中华民族精神教育的内涵和定位、目的和意义、内容和对象、思路和原则、途径和方法以及中外民族精神教育比较等问题进行了综述和评析,以期推动本研究的深入。

In recent years, both the CPC and the Chinese government have piacea great emphases on promotion and cultivation of the Chinese national spirit, and researches and discussions over this issue have been carried out involving people from different walks of life. This paper, then, offers a thorough review of the recent researches in the academic circle on education of the Chinese national spirit. Topics like the connotation and orientation of education of the Chinese national spirit, its purpose and significance, its contents and subjects, its basic ideas and principles, approaches, and methods are all included. A comparison of the national spirit education in China and in other countries is also presented. It is expected that this review will contribute to promo ring future researches in this area.
