摘要
根据养老金对劳动供给的影响理论,养老金对退休者的再就业行为会产生重要影响,相对于没有养老金的退休者,有养老金的退休者会更倾向于不再就业。本文利用青岛市就业失业抽样调查数据,运用logistic回归模型对养老金是否影响退休者再就业行为进行了实证检验,同时了分析了退休者个人特征变量对再就业行为的影响。结果表明,养老金对退休人员再就业的影响并不显著,而年龄、性别、技术证书对退休人员再就业有显著影响。
According to the theory of old age pension′s influence on labor supply, the old age pension has a strong influence on retirees′ decision to work. Compared to retirees without old age pension, retirees with the old age pension are inclined not to work again. Using employment and unemployment spot check data of Qingdao and logistic regression model, this paper analyzes the old age pension′ influence on retiree′ decision to work and also the impact of personal characteristics on retirees′ decision to work. The results indicate that the impact of old age pension on retirees′ decision to work is not remarkable, but age, sex and technical certificate have remarkable impact on retirees′re-employment.
