摘要
根据野中郁次郎的经典知识转化模型SECI,认为知识创新的实质是知识转化。通过分析野中的知识转化模式,总结出影响知识转化的三个关键因素。结合竞争情报工作特点,从竞争情报工作角度对这些关键因素在知识转化中起到的促进作用进行具体分析。
Lkujiro Nonaka concluded in his classic model of knowledge conversion SECI that the essence of knowledge creation is knowledge conversion. In order to clarify the relationship between competitive intelligence work and knowledge conversion, this paper first summarizes the three essential factors of the knowledge conversion, namely, the subject, object and process of the knowledge conversion by analyzing the knowledge conversion modes from Lkugiro Nonaka's classic model of knowledge conversion SECI. Then it studies the effect of competitive intelligence work on knowledge conversion according to the characteristics of competitive intelligence work.
