我国高校图书馆电子资源校外访问现状调查及与美国高校图书馆的比较分析

A Survey on Off-campus Access to the University Library's Electronic Resources in China and the Comparison between China and America

认为提供校外访问电子资源服务是保障图书馆电子资源得以充分利用,维护合法用户权益的方法之一。通过对我国201所高校图书馆进行调查,发现我国高校图书馆与美国高校图书馆之间存在较大差距,大陆地区的高校图书馆校外访问电子资源提供服务尚不普及,并就开展校外访问需要解决的问题进行简明分析。

Off-campus access is a kind of new service, and it not only ensures the full use of electronic resources, but also protects the right of legal users. The paper investigates 201 libraries of Chinese universities, and finds that there is big gap between China and American in aspects of library quantity, access way and the number of access way. At last, it briefly analyzes the difficulties of off-campus access offering.
