摘要
目的探讨浸润性乳腺癌中整合素β1蛋白和ki-67的表达及它们在乳腺癌侵袭转移过程中的作用。方法应用免疫组化Elisivion法,检测62例浸润性乳腺癌组织中整合素β1与ki-67蛋白的表达水平。结果腋淋巴结转移者中整合素β1阳性率高于无腋淋巴结转移者(P<0.05);组织学分级Ⅲ级者,整合素β1阳性率明显高于组织学分级Ⅰ、Ⅱ级者(P<0.01);整合素β1表达与ki-67表达呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论整合素β1蛋白和ki-67蛋白是乳腺癌浸润和转移过程中的潜在生物学标志,随着整合素β1表达水平的增高,肿瘤细胞的ki-67(PI)增加,恶性程度增加并且侵袭性增强。
Objective To explore the expression biological significance of betal integrin and ki-67 in invasive breast cancer. Furthermore,to investigate the function of betal integrin and ki-67 in invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. Methods The immunohistochemical staining was used to evaluate the expression of betal integrin and ki-67 nuclear antigen in 62 cases of invasion breast cancer. Results The positive expression of betal integrin in axillary lymph node metastasis group was higher than that in the group without node involvement (P 〈 0.05),betal integrin positivity in histological grade HI was stronger than that in grade Ⅰ , Ⅱ (P 〈 0.0l ). Moreover ,the positive correlation exists between the expression of betal integrin and ki-67 prolifrating index. Conclusion betal integrin and ki-67 are potential markers for invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. The proliferation index,malignant and invasion of breast cancer correlates to increased expression of hetal integrin.
